Rental Conditions
- 1. Contract and Annexes
- 2. Driving License and Age
The renter must be at least 20 years old. In addition, the renter must hold a valid local or international driving license for at least two years that covers vehicle groups A, B, C, or D at the time of signing the rental agreement.
- 3. Prices
The rental price includes vehicle maintenance and third-party liability insurance within legal policy limits. However, the price does not include 8% VAT (Value Added Tax). The renter is responsible for fuel during the rental period.
- 4. Payments
We collect the total rental fee at the time of vehicle handover. Customers may pay in USD or USDT (cryptocurrency). However, the security deposit must be paid in USD or VND.
- 5. Delivery
We provide free vehicle delivery at our company’s location.
Furthermore, we can deliver the vehicle to hotels, workplaces, train stations, ports, or other locations with prior notice. If we deliver or collect the vehicle in a city where we do not have an office, we will inform the renter of the delivery fee in advance.
- 6. Traffic Fines

If authorities detain the vehicle due to a traffic violation, we still count the detention time as part of the rental period.
